Our client is looking for a motivated and highly experienced community manager to provide community based programs for the aged and disability for adults and children.
The successful candidate will be a proven Community Care Manager with a sound knowledge of Home and Community Services and outstanding interpersonal and management skills. In addition, good analytical and report writing skills coupled with a keen desire to move into a leadership role within a well respected and growing service provider are mandatory as are sound computer skills and the ability to set and meet targets.
You will be responsible for the operational management of the Direct Care Service delivery, including the development, implementation, monitoring ????? ????? of processes and systems. In addition you will provide leadership and direction in the management of care service staff as well as managing budget and growth targets.
