    The Client:
    One of the world's top Contract Research Organisations who employ over 7,000 staff is currently looking for an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to join their team in Sydney. With a presence in over 70 locations they are growing organically and through strategic acquisitions making them an exciting company and environment to work in.

    The Role:
    The Associate Director will provide leadership and manage activities relating to Clinical Project Managers / Project Directors and supervise office based and field based staff. They are responsible for ensuring ????? ????? targets are met, and will actively coordinate and manage group activities. The Associate Director will also serve as a senior level liaison with clients, and represent clinical operations, participating in process improvements. A key area of the role is also making sure cost is kept under control whilst meeting timeframes.

    Skills and Experience:
    - A science, medical or related qualification
    - Ideally 10 years clinical research experience with 4 of those years working in management
    - Superior understanding of clinical research and the clinical trial process
    - Strong leadership and managerial skills with strong budget experience
    - Ability to liaise successfully with vendors and clients
    - Have a current and full driving license with the ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
