Our client is an accredited rehabilitation provider operating across the east of Australia. They provide professional clinical and occupational injury consulting services to many of Australia's largest employers and insurers. Our focus is on providing professional clinical consulting services aimed at returning injured workers to employment as quickly as possible.
This position provides a high standard of clinical consulting (case management) services achieving early, safe and durable return to work. To ensure a consistent high level of customer focus ensuring ????? ????? of all stakeholders are reviewed and addressed regularly to achieve exceptional health outcomes. To provide thorough and comprehensive assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and psychological disorders for injured workers.
To be considered for this position, you will be degree qualified in rehabilitation counselling, psychology or equivalent. Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant occupational rehabilitation and/or treatment experience. Excellent communication/negotiation and customer service skills. Be vibrant, innovative, creative, sales oriented, energetic, self motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in injury management / employment and / or disability services would be desirable.
