Due to growth and expansion, an exciting and challenging role is available for an experienced occupational rehab professional to join our team and work across our Liverpool and Macarthur regions.
As a team leader with Konekt you will be involved in training, mentoring ????? ????? of staff, as well as performing consulting duties such as:
• Strategic and directional file reviews
• Performing pre-employments
• Manual handling and other training programs
• Managing existing conditioning programs
• Some case management
To be successful you will need to:
• Be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist
• Possess experience within occupational rehabilitation
• Possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Have strong relationship management and leadership skills
• Be strongly motivated to achieve solid outcomes
