One of our leading Rehab Provider clients have two opportunities for Senior level OT consultants to join their teams.
The needs are in:

• Sydney
• Wollongong

They are a dynamic and well established rehab provider and are seeking a passionate health professional with strong leadership qualities to join them in their modern office. Salary package commensurate to experience.

Some of the works you will carry out include:

• Developing & delivering ????? ????? treatment programs
• Encourage and support injured people to be positive about their prognosis and use a variety of work-related activity programs.
• Complete functional, ergonomic, work place and daily living assessments in addition to manual handling training.
• Develop the ability to think creatively and strategically while assisting and providing your clients with the confidence to return to work or their normal life activities.
• Provide clinical opinions and interventions
• Monitor progress, liaise with all relevant parties (providers, agent, GPs, employer, personal trainers) through case management

You will hold: 

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy & Physiotherapy
• Sound experience in your discipline spanning over 3 years, in both the clinical and occupational rehab arena.
• Knowledge of the Workers Compensation scheme would be a plus but not a must.
• Strong time management skills are a plus
• The ability to work as part of a team and individual injury management professional
