Your responsibilities will include:

• Source contact names & email addresses for current customer lists
• Review stats and suggest ways to improve
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer emails and voicemail
• Handle call overflow
• Fulfillment duties
• Online Training around manual fulfilment system
• Fulfil online orders on daily basis
• Respond to online customer enquiries
• Provide training on process flow
• Conduct fraud checks, follow up payment etc
• Fulfil orders on daily basis
• Pull customer lists and other sales data as required
• Respond to business requests for data
  
  Must have:
  
  
• Excellent communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline 
• Able to commute to the CBD on a daily basis
