Your responsibilities will include:
- Source contact names & email addresses for current customer lists
- Review stats and suggest ways to improve
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer emails and voicemail
- Handle call ????? ?????
- Fulfillment duties
- Online Training around manual fulfilment system
- Fulfil online orders on daily basis
- Respond to online customer enquiries
- Provide training on process flow
- Conduct fraud checks, follow up payment etc
- Fulfil orders on daily basis
- Pull customer lists and other sales data as required
- Respond to business requests for data
Must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related discipline
- Able to commute to the CBD on a daily basis
