A well known financial institution is now seeking a Settlements/Operations professional to manage a mid size team in their margin lending area. 
 
The main focus of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the settlements area in what is a high volume, business critical environment. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of a large number of transactions, ensuring ????? ?????. 
 
Key accountabilities for this role will also include: 
 

• High level stakeholder liaison throughout the organisation 
  
• Performance managing your team, including plans and reviews,  
  

training and career development 

• Risk mitigation – both operational and business 
  
• Process improvement and constant monitoring 
  

 
The successful candidate will have extensive Margin Lending experience and proven leadership capabilities, preferably in a settlements environment. Previous equity settlements and managed funds experience will also be looked upon highly.
