ING Australia is one of Australia's leading Fund Managers, Life Insurers and Investment providers. The People & Performance team are looking for an experienced senior Recruitment Specialist to assist the fully functional recruitment team. The key focus of this role is manage the 360 degree recruitment process for a number of business lines during a high volume period. You will need to have a strong 'consultative' approach to meet the high expectations of our managers. The key responsibilities will include: - Managing the 360 degree recruitment function for a number of business lines
- Taking briefs, writing job ads, screening candidates, organising and attending interviews, conducting references, and preparing letters of offer
- Managing the expectations on hiring managers and candidates in a high volume recruitment team
- Understanding the current employment market in financial services and be able to 'head hunt' potential candidates
For this role we are looking for someone with: - Previous end-to-end internal and external recruitment experience in the Australian market
- Ideally 5 years + experience recruiting senior positions within the Australian Financial Services industry
- Have a strong 'consultative' approach in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting multiple roles with a high level of direct placement success
- A high level of initiative and pro-activity
- Strong ability to influence and negotiate
