One of Australia's leading banking institutions has an opportunity within their Fraud team for assessment and recovery officers.
Your role will involved assessing fraud claims and verifying signatures to ascertain if the claim is valid. High attention to detail, decision making ability and your process driven work style will make you a successful candidate for this position. You also will attend to administrative duties as they arise.
This position will suit someone with experience in a call centre environment and is not looking for a heavily phone based role.
