Practice Lead - Enterprise Remuneration & Benefits

  • Due to an internal promotion, one of Australia's largest financial services institutions has identified the requirement for a remuneration and benefits specialist to join their Group Reward division and drive the delivery of enterprise-wide remuneration activities and other project-based deliverables.

    Your key responsibilities will include the following:

    • Delivery of the Annual Remuneration Review; responsibility for project planning & delivery
    • Delivery of other projects contributing to the delivery of the annual remuneration calendar, e.g. the annual grade pay range review & the annual review of fixed pay matrices
    • Delivery of key remuneration projects as & when required
    • Ensuring ????? ????? processes & exercises are coordinated across the Group Divisions, providing robust data submissions to survey providers & producing accurate interpretations of results to divisions
    • Providing input, support & guidance to the team analyst to ensure analysis is conducted in a robust & sustainable manner, having regard for leveraging existing work/tools
    • Providing performance management & reward advice to stakeholders (Team members, Divisional reward teams, Business Unit Consultants, etc.), such as interpretation of policy, providing appropriate pay data & related analyses
    • Developing & maintaining effective relationships with performance & reward specialists to facilitate implementation of group-wide performance & reward activities & leveraging knowledge & practices.

    You'll have come from a strong reward background, having previously run remuneration reviews for large organisations - in particular, delivering ????? ????? enterprise-wide scope and converting policy into deliverables. You'll also possess strong project management, communication and influencing skills, coupled with extensive stakeholder management experience. In addition, you'll possess well-developed analytical and modeling skills .
