Our client is currently seeking a Senior Manager for the Corporate & Project Finanace department
Skills Required
• Demonstrated knowledge of all corporate and project finance products including: corporate facilities, banking lines, collateralization, credit, leasing and treasury
• Broad knowledge of specialist products including capital markets program, syndications, securitization, underwriting, financial engineering ????? ?????
• Proven contacts within the Australian bank market and corporate sector
• Strong marketing, presentation and communication skills
• Strong credit, documentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to think laterally and creatively
• Computer literacy skills
• Ability to work in a team or alone; and
• Be a self-starter
Job responsibilities:
Business Promotion
Negotiation with Clients
Submission of Credit Proposal
Maintenance of Credit Portfolio
Experience
Minimum 10 years in wholesale lending role with a minimum of 3-5 years in project finance.
