Experiencing accelerated growth, this well established provider of transactional Mortgage services is seeking an experienced mortgage processing candidate to come on board as a Mortgage Processing Officers in their CBD operations.

Join an expanding division that plays a key part in servicing a range of clients through freeing them of their Transaction Services (settlements, stamping and registration).

You will be responsible for checking settlement documents and documents produced for banking and finance clients. Conducting settlements and liaising with clients in a professional manner whilst keeping in line with NSW Land Registry Requirements and customer instructions. knowledge of the NSW LPI Land Registry forms and practice would be highly regarded.

You will pride yourself in your high standard of work and attention to detail as well as your ability to use your initiative and problem solving skills. With excellent communication skills (phone and face to face) and a positive 'can do' attitude you will be a team player who has the ability to work well under pressure. To be successful in this role you will be required to have a track record working in the Mortgage Processing Industry.
