Role & Responsibility
As an Analyst within the Corporate Advisory Industrials team, you will be involved in all aspects of the deal from origination, research & analysis, due diligence & marketing and preparting pitch books . You will be given a high level of ownership and responsibility as you work with senior execs on a strong pipe line of transactions.
The Corporate Advisory team work on a sector strength rather than sector specific basis; as such you will be exposed to a wide range of transactions across Hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare and Food & Beverage.

The successful candidates will possess:
You will be an intelligent, highly numerate individual with strong academics and ideally CFA membership, This firm are particularly interested in meeting candidates with minimum 1-2yrs experience gained in an Investment Bank, and seeking a less structured environment with greater exposure to core M&A business. You should thrive and excel in a flexible and un-structured environment, You will demonstrate a high level of initiative and pro-activity in all aspects of your approach
