The successful candidates will have an at least 12 months experience working within the Corporate Advisory Space, covering ????? ????? Utilities. To compliment this you will have an impressive academic record to include your CFA ( or be working towards this) with the confidence and ability to engage internal stakeholders and develop strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
· Involvement in transactions and providing support to transaction team;
· Analytical research;
· Preparation of business development/marketing presentations;
· Detailed financial modelling;
· Preparation of reports;
· Analysis of transaction matters (valuation, tactics); and
· Research and working up of business development ideas/opportunities.
