This global Investment Banking group has an immediate requirement for an Operational Risk Manager who will be responsible for implementing the Operational Risk Framework and for the ongoing facilitation of Operational Risk policies.
 
Our client has recently restructured its Risk area and you will be entering ????? ????? that is fresh and exciting. Your mandate will be to drive operational risk management awareness and accountability throughout the organisation
 
Together with the above responsibilities, you will work with internal stakeholders to incorporate operational risk management strategies into the business, and understand both internal and external risk/loss events and working with the business to ensure the appropriate processes are put in place to mitigate risks.
 
To be considered you will have:
 

• Minimum 5 years experience within an Operational risk or Audit function within Wholesale Banking  
  
• Exposure to both domestic and global products and regulations  
  
• The ability to work in partnership with other areas of the business, and communicate technical concepts in plain English  
  
• The ability to provide internal consulting services to a wide range of clients
