    As the Risk & Compliance Manager you will support the business with the implementation of a risk management framework and provide the business with confidence to operate and grow within appropriate governance requirements. You will be seen as a trusted advisor helping the group understand its risk and compliance obligations. Your responsibilities in the role will include, but not be limited to the following:


    • Support the preparation and facilitation of implementing the risk and compliance management framework components

    • Facilitate incident management by identifying issues and providing solutions

    • Perform assurance on selected key controls, document, analyse and report on findings

    • Ensure compliance obligations are understood across the business and appropriately reviewed as required

    • Participate in the preparation for regulatory reviews as required

    • Participate in the planning, scoping and performance of detailed risk reviews and make appropriate recommendations

    • Assist with the reporting to senior management on the risk profile of the group



    The ideal candidate will have had significant tenure within one of the big four chartered firms or big four plus a corporate ASX listed company, preferably within an Insurance environment. Being a member of RMA, ISACA, ICA, ACI or IIA is absolutely essential. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good eye for detail.
