Do you want to work for an independent corporate advisory firm that offers employees the opportunity to work with high quality clients, performing stimulating work with experienced colleagues, without the restraints of larger investment banks?
Our client is seeking to hire a number of high calibre professionals at all levels from Analyst, Associate and Vice President up to Executive Director to further reinforce the team's existing execution capability.
Analysts
With at least two years experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or a M&A related discipline, you will have excellent academic credentials and a willingness to further enhance your Corporate Finance career.
The role will encompass a high degree of research, analysis and financial modelling under the guidance of experienced senior professionals. In addition, the role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to advise on all aspects of a M&A transaction.
Associates
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience within a leading investment bank. You may also be from other disciplines including top tier management consulting firms, M&A departments within large corporates or outstanding chartered accountants.
You will have had exposure to the full life-cycle of an M&A deal and experience shadowing a deal from inception through to completion.
The role will encompass the full aspects of a pure M&A advisory professional practice, with an emphasis on deal execution and financial analysis (including modelling).
VP's, SVP's & Directors
You know who you are and you know what needs to be done at this level. You will ideally have local knowledge (highly regarded) and/or relationships and are maybe looking for promotion.
Or you may be ready to move to a smaller firm with less restrictions and more breadth to work across various sectors - this could be keeping you interested and broadening your skills at the same time. And who knows, you may be able to get a better bonus than working in the IB's at this stage of our global recovery!
