We are currently recruiting a Risk & Compliance Manager in FSP Group, which is a part of the ING Australia. FSP Group operates a financial planning dealer and four licensed product companies including a retail super fund, and IDPS, a retail managed fund and wholesale fund for sophisticated investors.
Reporting to the CEO, the Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible to the Boards and relevant Committees of the licensees for the risk and compliance regime of the product companies. This encompasses maintaining and developing the risk and compliance management regime including the RMS/RMP, compliance plans, policies and providing ongoing input into current business operations
This is both a risk strategy and hands-on role, with an R&C specialist in support. To succeed you will need to have had meaningful experience in developing and managing the risk management framework of a superannuation fund. It would useful if you also had ASIC product compliance experience or were willing to devote the effort to gain proficiency in this area also.
You will also contribute to FSP Group's risk management processes.
FSP Group has just 40 staff so this would be a great development role if you have the required background since it provides visibility to the operations of four different licences and interaction with external Compliance Committees.
