Practice Development Manager $150K+

  • Leading financial institution currently seeks an experienced Practice Development Manager to join it's dealer group support business.
     
    The purpose of this role is to act as the primary interface between this organisations dealer group and authorised representatives in supporting the delivery of highly regarded and relevant quality advice strategies and sales solutions which position this organisation as the "partner of choice". 
     
    The role will develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with an allocated panel of Planner Practices with a focus on; improving and driving sales initiatives, building profitable sustainable Planner Practices that deliver quality advice and driving growth across this organisations network.
     
    You will require: 
    • 3+ years in a planner development role within the Financial Planning industry
    • Strong business acumen and high level financial analysis skills
    • General knowledge of Financial Services Licensee obligations
    • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
    • Knowledge and understanding of the sales process to drive planners to be profitable
    • Proven coaching and mentoring ????? ?????
    • Ability to think strategically to identify and explore new concepts, market opportunities and different approaches that will add value to planner practices
    • Minimum of DFP or ADFP/CFP preferred
    • Must hold a current drivers license and have a motor vehicle
