  • Our client, a leading financial services orgainisation is currently recruiting for a Client Services Consultant.

    Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Client Service Consultant will have ownership of a portfolio of personal injury clients and ensure that their financial needs are represented and managed to the highest level of accuracy and compliance.

    The key attributes to fulfil this challenging yet rewarding role are:

    • At least 3 years experience working in a client service and/or management position.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
    • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
    • A proven ability to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in the written form with key stakeholders including; solicitors, accountants, health care professionals, carers, external regulatory bodies and internal business partners including Sales, Estates and Financial Planning teams.
    • A true passion for serving clients and an empathy for those less fortunate.

    Experience in personal injury financial management is not compulsory, however the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate business acumen gained from a professional services industry, an unblemished character reference and impeccable administrative skills including record keeping, process improvement and intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel.

    This position offers the opportunity for occasional travel, face to face client visits and a wonderful team environment supported by years of knowledge and experience to assist the new member develop the knowledge required to be successful in this role.
