As a superior provider of customer service, this role will offer you the opportunity to join a close knit team providing call ????? ????? administration functions to their Investors. This is an exciting opportunity to join an employer that really rewards its staff and believes in delivering ????? ????? service.

Some of the duties you will be required to fulfil are:

• Providing outstanding client services to investors.
• Provide written response and information to advisors and investors
• Dealing with cash and investment products.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous call ????? ????? or experience within a customer facing environment
• Proven experience within client services
• Knowledge of term deposits or cash investments
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Willing to undertake further studies
• RG146 (desirable)
