Business Development Associate - Life Insurance

    This is an opportunity to spearhead a new initiative for this financial giant looking to take a new suite of insurance products direct to market. It is an opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take ownership and drive the take up of these sophisticated products with existing clients and investors. This is a role for a talented and passionate individual with a real drive toward success.

    You will be proactively contacting clients and will be KPI'd on your ability to convert sales however this is not a "sell at all costs" culture. You will need to possess objection handling and negotiation skills but be able to balance this with strong relationship management skills and a client service focus. You will be communicating with high net worth, savvy investors, representing an employer with a heavy emphasis on leading the market in the service they deliver.

    To succeed in this role you will ideally possess:

    • RG 146 accreditation
    • Knowledge and experience in the Life Insurance industry
    • Proven sales ability
    • Strong, professional communication skills
    • Self motivation and drive
