Sales Executives - Mortgages
The Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS) is the primary relationship manager for Macquarie's retail client base with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe. BFS provides a diverse range of retail banking and wealth management products and services to intermediaries, businesses and the end consumer.
The Direct Sales team is looking for capable, enthusiastic and sales driven candidates to join Direct to distribute mortgage products.
Direct Sales is a dynamic inbound/outbound phone based sales team that promotes all retail products that Macquarie has to offer. The working atmosphere is suited to an outgoing, competitive, ambitious person that will go the extra mile in order to achieve their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying mortgage leads via phone/email/face-to-face
- Managing mortgage leads from enquiry to settlement
- Liaising with solicitors, valuers and third parties for the timely settlement of loans
- Providing a high level of service and a good client experience
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to procedures
Ideally you will:
- Be tertiary qualified (economics or finance)
- Possess a sound understanding of the credit process/parameters within the mortgage industry
- Have home lending experience or hold a Mortgage Brokering ????? ?????
- Possess strong communication and customer service skills
- Be highly driven and motivated to achieve individual and team targets
- Be able to identify and capitalise upon cross selling opportunities
