Permanent position for a Business Analyst with 2 - 3 years experience working in the financial markets or banking.
This role is responsible for the analysis and documentation of business requirements for assigned concepts and projects to ensure that they are accurate and complete for the purpose of specifying a functional solution to meet the agreed requirements.
The Role:
- Consultation with the Business and Technology groups to analyse business and system requirements for agreed concepts, including preparation of associated documentation for approval by key stakeholders.
- Document Functional Specifications to ensure alignment with approved business requirements.
Liaison with IT solution providers (internal & external) regarding the progress of projects, problem resolution and advice as required.
- Consultation with User Acceptance Testing Teams to ensure alignment of UAT cases with business requirements and appropriate classification of software faults
- Consultation with Market & Business Operations regarding operationalisation of system changes, system functionality, system configuration, and associated processes
- Preparation of business cases and documentation of concepts as required for approval by Group management
Essential Experience: - Business Analysis experience - min 2-3 years
- Proven Success in Client Relationship and Client Management
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Relevant Tertiary / Post Graduation qualifications or market equivalent
- Experience in Financial Markets or Banking
