Senior Project Manager - Macquarie Adviser Services

 

Macquarie Adviser Services (MAS), a division of Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services Group (BFS), manages relationships with external financial intermediaries and provides sales, service and product management of in-house and external products. These products include Mortgages, Wrap, Superannuation, Cash, Managed Funds and Insurance. Our team is looking for a Senior Project Manager on a THREE MONTH contract.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivery on a number of projects across the MAS business ranging in size and scope with the aim of driving the business forward and improving the client experience.  These projects will involve business process improvement, driving business change and the management of the people change components within project implementations.  This is a highly visible role that requires both breadth and depth of analytical skills and an ability to influence senior management and other key stakeholders.

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• A strong background in project management and methodologies;
• Substantial experience in financial services/credit products (mandatory), ideally within lending;
• A commercial and strategic approach and be able to challenge the status quo;
• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to think rationally and logically;
• Impeccable communication skills, and stakeholder management at all levels (demonstrated in your previous roles);
• Strong sense of ownership, passion and quality/results focus.
