In Australia and New Zealand J.P. Morgan WSS provides services to over 70 clients, helping them to mitigate risk and enhance revenue through a broad range of investor services as well as securities clearance, collateral management and alternative investment services. Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities: - Coordinate and project manage transitions which includes new and restructure activities
- Liaise with the Business Integration Custody and Accounting Managers to schedule and manage the pipeline activity and efficiently
- Communicate pipeline activity internally through scheduled reporting or project team meetings
- Prepare detailed transition plans and co-ordinate transition activity with project team
- Liaison with Relationship Manager's, Client Services Manager's Clients and 3rd Parties to schedule activity, manage expectations and internal capacity of service groups
- Communicate effectively with clients and across internal JPMorgan groups
- Ensure all parties are accountable for their tasks and keeping to the project plan
- Track status of the project and provide updated reporting to clients and project team
- Maintain project issues and residual log and work on resolution with the project team
- Oversee the successful transition execution and report to the clients and internal groups
