$90-110k base dependent on experience + bonus

This leading domestic institution seeks a well-versed Compliance Manager or Senior Compliance Analyst looking for the next step in their career.

Working in a team that covers business and private banking, agri and corporate sectors, you will be a flexible individual who enjoys variety in their role. Your tenacious and relationship-driven attitude teamed with an inquisitive nature will ensure you get the best out of the various levels of stakeholders through the business.

You will have a solid regulatory knowledge or certainly a capacity to capitalise on your level of skills in this arena; you will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and may have a highly regarded training element to your skill set (both preparing ????? ????? delivering ????? ?????).

You will also be comfortable with travel (maximum one week at a time and with plenty of notice).

Some of the roles and responsibilities of this role are as follows:·

Execute and maintain the compliance monitoring ????? ????? program including completion of compliance monitoring ????? ????? schedule

Evaluate and advise on compliance issues in relation to new and existing product/process initiatives and reviews.

Develop and maintain co-operative and effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Contribute to the design, implementation and on-going improvement of compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems.

Contribute to the development of, and undertake compliance learning and development across business units.

Advise management of changes to regulations which affect customers and take appropriate actions to ensure ongoing compliance where necessary.

Review material completed by the unit for external distribution including PDS.
