Verifact Investigations is Australia's leading Insurance and
Corporate Investigations company, with over 300 staff and offices in all States and Territories. The investigations division
has most insurers and a comprehensive list of corporate and government departments as clients. The Verifact Group of
companies employs over 700 staff throughout all divisions, which includes Investigations, Traffic Management, Security,
Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and Marine Assessing.
Verifact is seeking to fill the newly created position with a quality leader, coming from a Senior Management role in
Operations of a service based company. You will be required to demonstrate success in delivering results, encouraging
improvement and fostering team results. Experience in investigations, loss adjusting, assessing, or insurance would be
an advantage, but not essential.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will be
responsible for:
Performance and development of all operational activities
within the Division.
Development and maintenance of strategies to meet
organisational objectives.
Providing leadership towards delivery of a quality service at
a profitable level.
Driving National Sales and Marketing activities.
Risk Management and ISO accreditation principles.
Financial Planning, Management, and Reporting.
