Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Services and
Quality Improvement to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of professional staff to provide a high standard of services
to the aged and people with disabilities.

Selection Criteria:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
Extensive understanding of the application of relevant
legislation, policies and standards on the delivery of services to people with a disability, aged care and their families and
carers.
Demonstrate managerial experience and understanding of
issues in delivering ????? ????? to a range of consumer groups.

Experience in human resource and financial management.
Demonstrated expertise in the development and capacity to
implement policies and procedures, forms and audit tools.
Capacity to provide excellent case practice management and
professional supervision, debriefing and professional mentoring.

Highly developed communication skills, including liaison and negotiation skills, conflict resolution and the ability to
resolve complex and critical issues.
