Executive Director
PILCH (NSW) is seeking expressions of interest for the position of Executive Director. The Executive Director directs, and is fully responsible for all operations of PILCH. The successful candidate will oversee and manage PILCH and its
staff and work with the legal profession in private practice, Government, community legal centres and law schools.
Essential skills: Leadership and management skills (general, financial and human resources management). Proven ability to
work in a dynamic environment and collectively with a Board (strategic direction and governance support). Highly
developed interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills. Commitment to social justice and
experience with not-for-profit and/or community organisations.
