We are looking for senior consultants with
- Appropriate executive leadership and development experience
- A passion for coaching
- Vibrant, energetic and dynamic approach to coaching
- Demonstrated experience delivering ????? ????? coaching and leadership programs
- Energy and commitment to business develop and enter into new accounts
- Training delivery and facilitation experience
- A proven track record to build/maintain existing client business
- A strong client service focus
- Have a significant senior level contact base within the business community
- An understanding of a variety of diagnostic tools i.e. LSI MBTI
- The ability to be a self starter and to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- A high degree of business and commercial acumen
- The ability to communicate with all levels of management from HR Managers to Executives

We are looking for coaches who will operate their own business practice and we would expect that this is their primary business focus. This is a fee share contracting model with investment opportunity. To join our team of consultants there is an annual fee of $10K.
