Manager Corporate Communications (Temporary up to 12 months)

 

  • Reference Number: CRCO 09/05E

  • Salary: RailCorp Grade 7 ($103,964 - $114,385)

  • Location: Sydney CBD
  • The primary purpose of the position is to inform and engage staff through the development and management of internal communications strategies and materials that support RailCorp and the achievement of its corporate objectives.

    The new role would:
     
    - Undertake a review of internal communications channels.
    - Develop a strategic approach to employee communications, setting clear  objectives, themes and performance measures
    - Devise and implement an updated employee communications strategy
    - Manage the employee communications team
    - Take accountability for all corporate employee communications channels
    - Work cooperatively with other business units to enlist support for corporate communications projects and their development of materials
    - Provide strategic counsel to other business units in relation to their internal communications requirements.
