My client is a market leading, global engineering ????? ????? who due to strategic growth are currently seeking a talented Principal Engineer to join the Renewable Energy project team. With a particular focus on continuing the growth of the group, the position involves:
- Taking a leadership role to spearhead the Business Development activities of the unit;
- Engaging private and government clients to further expand the service package; and
- Expanding into all aspects of the renewable energy markets including the Wind, Solar, Hydro verticals.
To be successful in this role, my client is ideally interested in candidates with:
- 10 years experience in the Renewable Energy markets with demonstrated experience within the wind, solar or hydro markets;
- A demonstrated track record in business development;
- Extensive project management experience; and
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications.
This is an ideal opportunity for an energy specialist to join a rapidly growing practice which has an extensive international set of contacts and networks. In particular, this is an Executive level appointment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to form part of the key leadership team and become a critical hire within the Power Group. As such, there is the potential for this position to be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
