This organisation is one of the industry leaders in electrical contracting and switchboard manufacturing ????? ????? installation, maintenance and manufacturing ????? ????? inception to replacement. Their offices are located throughout Australia and they have more than 50 years of experience.

They are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be based in their Sydney offices.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Lead and manage a team of technical staff

Liaise with existing clients and develop relationships with new customers

Take a hands-on role to ensure all projects are delivered to scope, on time and within budget

Oversee the scheduling of work, labour and equipment

Formally respond to selected tenders

Undertake site inspections as required

Ideally, you will have:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of HV and MV maintenance or construction

An engineering ????? ????? Electrical Trade Certificate

Proven track record in mentoring, developing and leading a team of technical staff

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Professional with high level of commitment to Customer Service

High level of computer literacy
