Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the product development process
- Managing a wide variety of development projects
- Delivering ????? ????? on time, under budget, and to specification
- Implementing and taking ownership of a standard project methodology
- Leading and co-ordinating in-house and external resources
You will need to be a good leader and communicator with strong customer focus and an excellent track record of successful project delivery. You will also need to have a high process focus, with the ability to help design a project methodology appropriate to the specific product life cycle. A record of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency improvement in past roles will be highly regarded. Finally, strong people management and motivational skills together with a willingness to share and impart knowledge are essential attributes. Any additional experience in the automotive or knowledge management sectors would be highly regarded.
