Project environment

New track, rail and civil infrastructure. A project of this size and scope will be exceptional for your career development and will provide you with a diverse array of challenges.

Duties

• Effective implementation of budget and cost control systems
• Project Programming and Monitoring ????? ????? contract completion
• Co-ordination and Management of Quality Assurance, Environmental and Safety aspects of the project
• Co-ordination and Management of Field Staff and Field Operations
• Integration of Project Plans and project execution.
• Ensure risks are identified and are managed throughout the project
• Work in conjunction with project manager on the program to develop project construction plans and methodology
• Manage staff and subcontractors

 

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering
• Engineering ????? ????? in rail, civil, structures etc
• Construction industry experience is a must, rail experience preferable but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, ability to effectively partner with project contractors and internal staff
• Proactive and enthusiastic, energetic
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
