Engineering Manager - HVAC and Mechanical Services - Up to $250K Package

Our client

This company is an international leader in the mechanical and HVAC space, who is currently rebuilding their operation in Australia and you have a chance to be a key part of it. They have a long history of providing quality solutions and can boast some of the world's largest landmark projects. With large amounts of work being won this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Mechanical Engineering Manager, to continue the transformation of the NSW design and commissioning team and cement already strong relationships with key customers.

The Role on offer

With a true business leader as your direct manager, your role will be to drive cultural change across the engineering group. As part of the management team, your opinion will be sought to set the future direction of the business and you will play a key part in high level customer meetings. This company is striving to be seen as the leader for high quality product solutions, customer service and professionalism and you will help be given the opportunity to handpick your team to ensure that this happens. This company is currently working on Landmark projects in NSW and you will be brought up to speed with them as quickly as possible. You will be managing Design, Project Management and  Commissioing functions of the business.

Remuneration for this role will include:

$220K - $240K Package

Selection Criteria

To be successful in your application for this role you must possess:

• Extensive engineering department management skills within the Mechanical Services and HVAC space
• Excellent design and commissioning management skills
• Sound Commercial Accumen
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a customer oriented culture
• Greenstar certification
• ASHRAE and  CIBSE membership or strong working knowledge
• Extensive contacts in the building and construction industry including consultants
