This global company delivers cost effective, diverse, and high performance engineering, construction, facilities and maintenance solutions across various industry sectors. They now require a well rounded Facilities / Maintenance Manager for a high profile maintenance contract in Sydney.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will manage this multi disciplinary facilities / maintenance contract focussing on profitability and contractual compliance. You will be responsible for a multi – disciplinary trades team and for,
- Safety performance and employee relations;
- Financial performance of the contract;
- Compliance with all relevant Statutory Regulations;
- Quality assurance and documentation management;
- Asset and maintenance management;
- Suppliers / consultants / subcontractors; and community relations.
The prime focus of this role is to establish strong relationships with the client while ensuring ????? ????? “win-win” outcome for both parties.
You are an experienced Facilities/ Maintenance Manager whose success in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction has been built upon strong operational and people skills. You possess;
- Relevant engineering/trade qualifications.
- Experience in the profitable management of maintenance contracts.
- A working knowledge of maintenance management systems
- Knowledge quality assurance and document production
