Commissioning Manager - HVAC

    Our client

    This company is an international leader in the mechanical and HVAC space. The have a long history of providing quality solutions and working at the cutting edge of technology. With large amounts of work being won this company is looking to secure the services of a proven Commissioning manager to design, manage and sign off on new system commissioning in the Sydney market

    The Role on offer

    Working in a close knit team your role will be to work with the design team to ensure the systems designed will meet the requirements of the commissioning team and environmental requirements. You will design commissioning procedures and will have final sign off on new system installations. This role will be called upon in strategic business direction meetings and will work closely with consultants in the industry.

    Career progression will be readily available from this position as it sits in Asian head office.

    Remuneration for this role will include:

    • $130K - $140K Base salary + Super
    • $19K Car allowance
    • Tools of trade

    Selection Criteria

    To be successful in your application for this role you must meet the following criteria:

    • You have green star certification
    • You have worked in the HVAC commissioning space for at least 5 years - with good management experience
    • You are familiar with NABERS
    • You are used to having sign off responsibility on commissioning of projects
    • You have strong experience working with building consultants
    • You have high level experience in procedure writing
    • You have sound working knoweldge of CIBSE and ASHRAE
