We currently have an opportunity for a Building Services Engineer to work for a major corporate.
Working within the Sydney CBD, you will be responsible for the day to day service delivery of the engineering ????? ????? various upgrade projects to this clients operational portfolio. You will also ensure the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.
Working closely with the Facilities Managers and Property Management Team some of your main accountabilities will be:
Compliance and Certification in relation to maintenance, compliance with Environmental and OH&S requirements and Essential Services.
Maintenance & Risk Management: coordinate all works required, inspections, contractor management, Planned Preventative Maintenance and conservation initiatives.
Budgets and reporting: prepare annual property operations and capital works budgets.
To make the shortlist for this role you need:
- Experience in the management of building services and maintenance systems
- A mechanical or electrical background
- Capable of analysing technical engineering ????? ????? service systems and offer solutions to existing problems.
- A thorough working knowledge of Australian standards, BCA and other statutory regulations.
Salary will be based on the candidates credentials and a bonus (STI) will also be available, expected salary range will be $80-100k plus 10% STI.
