Recognised as a specialist design and engineering consultant in the industrial refrigeration market, this small but unique organization, with established client base on a national and some international basis, is looking to appoint a Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer for their design and project team in Sydney West.
In this diversified and challenging role, and working on projects at the foremost technological advanced in the refrigeration industry, you will be involved in all aspects of the project: responsible for conceptual and detailed system designs, which may includes both mechanical and electrical designs, PLC, HMI and SCADA programming for the controls, equipment sourcing and procurement, as well as all site commissioning activities.
This is a long term employment , where you will be working as a key member of the team. As site travels interstate and some overseas - will be a part of the role, flexibility in this regard would be required.
You must have a degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, and have at least 5 years of experience in system design and (PLC) program for either Refrigeration and Air Conditioning controls equipment or Building Management System (BMS). It is essential also that you possess a practical mindset, have good problem-solving skill, and can demonstrate that you can work successfully in team environment or independently.
