This is a newly created position where your prime focus will be to develop, recommend and implement quality specifications, procedures and standards for raw materials, in-process assembly and finished goods to ensure that fabrication of finished goods meet quality standards and are produced in accordance with specification and within customer expectations.

As part of your initial focus you will look into reducing the amount of reworks/ remakes for products which are coded into warranty claims by identifying trends and working with relevant managers/ employees on product design/ supplier issues to find sustainable solutions to product failures.

Ideally you will have an engineering ????? ????? qualification and possess a number of years of relevant experience.  In return you will be offered a challenging role and a salary package in the region of $85K - $95K.
