Working with some of the state's top builders and developers, their current project workload includes iconic buildings within the Perth CBD that would look great on any industry professional's resume.

    With an increased project workload and more forecast for the coming months, they have created a position for an experienced Mechanical Design engineer to join their team. With the opportunity to step up into a 2ic role in the future, this role would suit an ambitious, driven engineer with a passion for HVAC Services.

    Working within their tenancy fit-out group, your exceptional customer service skills will come to the fore in developing and fostering ????? ????? form an existing client pool. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
    • Project co-ordination, management & resourcing
    • Contract administration & financial responsibility
    • Taking client brief and developing environmentally conscious designs
    • Provide design recommendations on a broad range of HVAC systems
    • Co-ordination & liaison with other electrical & plumbing services
    To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate extensive HVAC design & co-ordination experience within the Australian market. You will need to have exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to succeed in this role, and your ability to think laterally and provide first-class design solutions is essential.

    For the right candidate, this position offers a salary package of $80- 90K, as well as the ability to progress your career to management in the short-to-medium term. Training in Greenstar accreditation and NABERS rating will also be provided if you do not already have it.
