Manufacturing Group Leader - Afternoon Shift

  • Our client is a Global Leader in its markets.  It is a streamlined, efficient manufacturer; operating on the leading edge of new technologies and solutions with manufacturing ????? ????? equity affiliates in more than 60 countries around the globe.

    They have a current need to recruit a Manufacturing ????? ????? with a proven track record of driving outcomes and improvements for its afternoon shift.  You will be expected to manage the development and implementation of action plans and activities to meet business targets across all aspects of safety, quality, service level, process yield and production line performance.

    This position will require someone with demonstrated change management experience in an industrial/ production based role.  Your track record of performance and focus on achieving targets will see you play an integral role in driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing ????? ????? projects.

    You will also possess solid people leadership and management experience in a unionised environment.  An understanding of batch processing in either chemicals, food/ beverage, paint/ coatings will be well regarded, as will an engineering ????? ????? qualification.

    In return for your proven capabilities you will be offered a negotiable salary package comensurate with your level of experience.
