Project Maintenance Leader - Telecommunications

We are looking to bring ????? ????? Operations Team Leader to manage the day to day operations of a massive maintenanace long term contract spanning NSW and Queensland

 

Responsibilities of the role include:

 

• Manage the day to day operations of all on site staff, sub contractors etc 
• Liaise with other regional management aswell as international business units
• Have excellent working knowledge of Telecommunications maintenance
• A hands on person that leads by example
• An expert in 'Dial before you dig' procedures
• Be extremely high level with Excel spreadhseets for reporting but also competent with Powerpoint and Word
• Follow up on customer complaints and issues

 

 

The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate:

• 15 years experience in all aspects of management and planning of a diverse set of skilled / unskilled field staff
• Proven skills in communicating, negotiation and problem solving techniques

This contract looks after the overground and underground fibre optic network so the successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of the power and telecommunications network in NSW
