Our client is a leading design consultancy who work on major power projects throughout Australia. They are well respected for the work they do in delivering high end engineering solutions to their clients within the power generation and renewable energy sectors. They currently require a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join their company on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be required to provide a full range of turnkey solutions to clients within the power industry including initial feasibility studies, conceptual design, due diligence, specification writing, report writing, site studies and some detail design as the projects require.
You will be working on a combination of transition, distribution, co-generation hydro power, atmospheric modelling and a range of renewable energy projects. So previous experience working on these projects would be required.
Additionally, exposure to working for utility companies or other consultancies working on the front end of projects would be seen as advantageous.
