Your new place of employment is experiencing significant growth and has projects of a similar nature currently being undertaken in the NSW region. They are a well known consultancy which are experiencing stable through the uncertain times of late.

 

Engineering ????? ????? been retained to source a Civil Designer with over five years experience in the urban land development area so as to deliver some high profiled projects.

 

To be successful in your application, your experience will be essentially in the land development industry in a consultancy environment with a focus on residential and sub-divisional work. Previous autonomy in your dealings with clients and projects will be highly regarded.

 

Given that your experience has been satisfied above the necessary industry design software will be required to be demonstrated through your previous designs.  You should have an appropriately recognised tertiary qualification by the Institute of Engineers.

 

Your communication skills will be in line with your experience to date.

 

The current within this consultancy over the next two years will have you working on a variety of projects ranging from industrial sub-divisions and various major civil projects.
