Our client has secured a large rail infrastructure project which will involve the delivery of civil works, track work, traction power and overhead wiring ????? ????? elements. The construction elements will include:
- A new flyover
- New and modified rail systems and infrastructure
- Platform re-configurations and alterations including new lifts, a platform, footbridge and overhead concourse; and
- Road layout modifications along adjoining parade.
They require a site administration officer to assist with the general administrative functions of an engineering ????? ?????. In particular you will need:
- To be comfortable working in a large civil engineering, on site environment
- To follow (and ensure others follow) prescribed systems & procedures. You will need to enforce these!
- To liaison between different stake holders where required.
- Manage the site office, keeping appropriate records, assist in report preparation and coordinate work between other requirements.
- Set up and conduct site OH&S inductions & record, display OH&S and site emergency procedures.
- Book and manage meeting room's requirements.
- Record and distribute site OH&S Gear, ensure medicine box is kept up to date.
Initially this role will commence in Chatswood with the site work on location near Liverpool.
This is a permanent position which will last the duration of the project, expected to take 3 years.
Salary: negotable
Parking: not available in Chatswood but is on site.
