Due to rapid business growth an additional Business Development role has been created within our Traineeships department.
This role requires a tenacious and driven person to source and convert opportunities.

It is essential that you have proven Business Development and Account Management experience with a Registered Training Organisation and be comfortable working autonomously to achieve sales targets in an extremely fast paced environment. An understanding of Traineeships and the Retail sector would be highly regarded. Your key performance indicators will include: revenue achieved and client retention.

You will be a proactive and motivated individual, and must be able to work with a predominantly corporate client base. Strong support will be provided from your team and the broader organisations marketing efforts.
